BRIGHT SALE MEDIA SL provides IT infrastructure, data processing, hosting and related activities; commercial intermediary services for digital products; digital advertising and marketing; text, image, video, audio and multimedia content creation and dissemination; digital communication and transformation consulting; training, workshops, events and seminars; and legal support. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
04. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials required to perform the services, and confirm they hold the rights to all content they supply.
05. Fees and Payment
Fees are set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
06. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Bright Sale Media. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
07. Legal Services Disclaimer
Information on this website is for general purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. A professional relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement.
08. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Sale Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.
09. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
